At the Lordprice London Experience we use a great many resources to make sure that that the tours and games we provide are up to date and of the highest quality. We are constantly researching what’s going on for us to show to those visiting our city, or who just want to know more about where they live. We’re committed to bringing top content for our historical and site-seeing tours and each one of our tours is designed to bring you much closer to London as you explore.
With that in mind, here are some wonderful websites and companies that have proven to be wonderful resources. We certainly advise you to check them out:
This site needs no introduction as a fantastic list of services around the world. Whether you’re looking for a hotel, a restaurant, a tour or much more, they will show you what’s available in that area and what other people have thought of their service. You can find us on there and please leave a review if you’ve enjoyed booking with us!
They obviously have their printed magazine but their online service is a brilliant resource. The TimeOut ‘WhatsOn’ section is helpful for making sure you’re getting the most out of London. They list the events that are currently running, whether they’re free or paid for, and what the author has to say about what’s happening. If you’re planning a few days in the city then this should definitely help you plan what to fill your time with.
One of our first tours was Soho in the Swinging 60s. A great two-hour tour of what London was like during this famous period and how it shaped the decade that brought us such iconic parts of our more recent social history. When preparing for this tour, this site was an amazing resource for all things London and 60s. We definitely recommend having a look for yourself if you want to learn even more about what was going on during the era of the Beatles, the Who, Andy Warhol, and many more.
