Cancellation policy – money back guarantee
If you have booked a Tour or any other Experience from Lordprice you may cancel that up to 7 days before that Experience takes place for a full refund, subject to the retention of any reasonable costs incurred by Lordprice which cannot be re-imbursed.
If you have purchased a product from Lordprice you may return it, as long as it is unused and in resalable condition, within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.
